Unfortunately, beyond the look they are the only pair of heels I've ever purchased that I thought about burning the next day.I must also state that I have a closet full of 3-5" pumps of all brands, colors, and sizes and wear them daily to work and out at night. I literally could not walk in these shoes. They are not built correctly. They are unstable and force your feet to role outwards and are an incredibly huge safety risk. I almost sprained my ankle about four times in the same night. My best friend who also wears pumps regularly actually switched me shoes 1/2way through the night to prove it was me, not the shoes, but after 20 minutes she made me switch back and offered to drive to Walmart and buy me slippers to finish out the night. Unfortunately, I cannot take my already worn shoes back to the store - but feel it's my duty to warn all other hopelessy high-heel addicted women like myself... Read more  Great Holiday Shoe, This review is from: Madden Girl Women's Trebel Platform Pump (Apparel) I don't normally wear heels this high so they take some getting used to, but they make my legs look great so it's worth it! The color limits what you can wear with them, but I think black or navy looks great. Of course a cute white cocktail dress for New Years is perfect! The fit is my normal size and besides being high, they are not uncomfortable in any way. I think Steve Madden shoes are great to start with if you don't normally wear high heels since they are so comfortable. If you like attention and want a fun holiday shoe, these are the ones for you! |
