Thought it would be great to get 12 pair of budget sticks for a good price. Package arrived on time but only had ONE pair of drumsticks. Chatted with Amazon reps - courteous as always - and was told to keep the pair and another order would be expedited immediately. They were true to their word. However the second package had ... ONE pair of drumsticks. Called Amazon. Was told the order could not be fulfilled and I needed to return both sets of drumsticks in separate shipments. All in all, it was a lot of hassle for nothing. I have no beef with Amazon and I am not out any money. But I would not attempt to purchase this product again. |
