I was 270 pounds/120kg's at the time. It was a lot to ask of a diet pill.I was motivated to lose the weight, I really wanted a pill to enhance and speed up the rate of weight lost. I liked the ingredients in Lipofuze they seemed to be relatively recognized. I took two months worth, taking two a day for the first 3 weeks/month and started to really notice a difference. I dropped back to 1 pill a day for the last 5 weeks. I took these pills combined with a low fat and regulated carbohydrate diet, plenty of water, plus I exercised twice a day. I would run for 20 minutes in the morning and then at some stage in the day I would either do a minor workout in my room (sit ups/push ups) and another run or bike a 6 mile round trip at a leisurely pace to a gym where I would do half and hour of weights and half and... Well, my body hit a plateau and I actually started to put on weight. So, I upped my workout routine, cut down on my calories, and ordered LIPOFUZE. Over the next month, I lost 6 pounds. I continued my new workout routine and diet, but stopped taking LIPOFUZE, but I immediately gained 3 pounds back. LIPOFUZE does work, but if you are looking for a miracle drug that is going to miraculously melt away 50 pounds, THOSE DRUGS DON'T EXIST.
