Every year I buy a new pair of water shoes hoping they won't rub blisters or let the small rocks inside the shoe when I am in the lake and until now have been unsuccessful. These come up high enough and fit snug enough around the top of the foot to keep the small stuff out yet the material is stretchy enough they are so comfortable you can wear them all day with no complaints.
