I do my regular stretches and extension to help relieve this pain and it is helping. Although, wearing this support is just too good. My pain has gone down considerably as it provided the perfect support to planter by keeping it tight. Material used to make this is pretty sturdy and should be good even if you wear it while playing sports or work-out. I was kind of skeptical before buying as there were no reviews posted but still bought it as it looked like a good product and indeed it does. I give 5-star rating to the manufacturer. Couldn't have found a better cure for my Plantar Fasciitis pain.... |
